Blue & Co., LLC is honored to be named among the Best Places to Work in Kentucky by the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, the Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management (KYSHRM) and ClearPath Mutual Insurance Company. This is the 11th year Blue & Co. has made the list as a medium-sized employer.

Best Places to Work in Kentucky is a multi-year initiative designed to motivate companies in the Commonwealth to focus, measure, and move their workplace environments toward excellence. The Best Places to Work in Kentucky program was designed to identify, recognize, and honor those companies with the leading workplace cultures in the state. The list is comprised of 100 companies in three categories: small companies (15-149 employees), medium companies (150-499 employees), and large companies (500 or more employees).
